:Sand to Pearls would be excellent for personal or small group Bible study, as well as for a Book Club discussion. Norman Wright and others.  Each chapter gives the reader 10-15 practical choices to enrich our lives, as well as a section aptly called "Stop and ask God to help you change sand to pearls".
